The 5 Kinds of Foods to Avoid
We interviewed Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer from the Cleveland Clinic, and he told us the 5 food groups to avoid:
1) Saturated Fats
2) Trans Fats
3) Simple Sugars
4) Syrups
5) Any grain other than whole grains
He also suggested walking 30 minutes a day, and finding a friend you can confide with so that you can reduce stress in your life!
